One loop supplies the GPUs at 36–45 °C through cold plates; a second chilled-water loop at 10/16 °C feeds in-row (CRAH) cooling for residual heat. A cold plate in direct contact with the GPU carries heat out through water — supporting up to 150 kW/rack, the regime NVLink platforms require and air cooling cannot reach. L450C20 uses two water systems: a 36–45 °C loop for GPU cold plates (high-temperature, free-cooling friendly) and a separate 10/16 °C chilled-water loop for in-row CRAH units that handle residual rack and room heat. That split keeps GPU cooling efficient while air-side cooling stays on a classic chilled circuit.
